Hello our sim is offline for 7 hours now... what is happening? Can you help me?

Yes, but you can do it yourself too.  Anyone can report a sim off line.  You don't need to own property on the sim or have any connection at all.  Create a support case using the category Land & Region >> Report a region off line.   In my experience, Linden Lab responds to that category of suppport case within 20 minutes.  Unless there is something seriously wrong with the sim, you'll be back on line in no time.

If your sim is on the Mainland, contact LL support as Rolig suggests.  LL is much less helpful if your region is a private estate.  In that case, contact the estate owner or manager.
