Is it possible to ask to buy only 1/4 from a full abondoned region ??

is it possible to ask to buy only 1/4 frim a full abondoned region?? or we have to buy the full region or search a 1/4 abondoned region ?

and is there a way to find the abondoned lands

You can file a Support Ticket and request that LL subdivide the land for you.

As for finding Abandoned land, there is no special color-coding.  However, you can use "Abandoned" as a search filter term when looking for land with the in-world Search, and you can left click the $ tag on For Sale parcels on the map, which will tell you if the land is Abandoned.
