My card was charged, but my premium upgrade doesn't seem to have gone through.

I upgraded, but it still says I have the basic membership. I checked my bank account, and I was charged... and my transactions history on my account page shows that I was charged, and paid, but my account hasn't been updated. Does this take a while, normally, or did something go wrong? Is there an email address I can send a question to?

The upgrade should show immediately.  Check on your dashboard at secondlife.com >>> Account.  If it's not showing there, you can call the Linden Lab billing team at the following toll-free numbers at any time 24/7:
