False tagging?  In what?

Are you talking about the parcel description that you see in About Land or on a landmark?  A landowner can write anything s/he wants there.  If you arrive somewhere and find that it isn't what you expect, you just leave.

If I understand your question correctly, there's no TOS violation involved, so there's nothing ":reportable".  (TOS, Sect, 6: "You are solely responsible for your interaction with other users of the Service, whether online or offline. We are not responsible or liable for the conduct or content of any user. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor or become involved in disputes between you and other users.")

Nope.  For example, if someone labels their venue "Club Bestiality" and advertises animal sex, and then stands there with her friends and laughs at and belittles everyone who shows up...well, in Second Life, the motto is "Caveat emptor" (let the buyer beware) even more than in Real Life.

An exception to this is if the "bashing" is against a "protected class"...that is, insulting or making fun of people because of their race, religion, age, physical disabilities, or sexual orientation.
