i am have problems with sl viewer. when i log on i get black screens on profile/destination popup

when i log on i get black or gray screens on profile, destination and avatar screens on game, i also do not see destination locations on viewer starter page, do i need to uninstall game and reinstall or what  tried first solution and nothing changed

Try going to Preferences >> Graphics >> Hardware Settings and UNchecking Enable OpenGL Vitrual Buffer Objects (VBO)
