i have a superhero costume mask that i cannot remove no matter what i do. when i click on it there isnt a spot to remove or delete ietm it seems to be stuck on

i use phoenex viewer and when i log on i get message that "clothing still downloading" , when on i am mist, i can go to advance setting and rebake my textures but my skin looks like a manequins, with white eyes and no real graphics, i cant change clothes or skin either, when i try to a popup appears and says"cant change appearance or clothing until shape is loaded' this has gone on for more than a week and i need help

when i log on my viewer says that the "restrained love' function is disabled help

when i log on i get black or gray screens on profile, destination and avatar screens on game, i also do not see destination locations on viewer starter page, do i need to uninstall game and reinstall or what tried first solution and nothing changed
