having windows 10 since last two weeks my FPS are on very lower side touched to 1.5

I have windows 10. since last couple of weeks my FPS came down to lowest some time it touched to bottom like 1.5.  With this FPS its hard to do any thing. I have MD Radeon HD 6700M Series Windows Graphics Driver Version: 9.17.0010.4229.I have already tried to update graphic drivers but no improvement.. Also no impact after changing in setting in preferences.  Net speed is also same as it was since begining.  Please help me.

The overall low performance isn't too surprising.  That graphics card is never going to give you more than medium quality graphics in SL.  You should probably set your Quality slider in Preferences >>> Graphics to Medium and lower your draw distance to 128m or so.
