Cannot view profiles- application error

I can rez pretty well, but when I try to open someone's profile, I only see blank for a while, and then this comes up:

Application Error

 

An error occured in the application and your page could not be served. Please try again in a few moments.

 

If you are the application owner, check your log for details

Profiles are web based, there are several applications taking place. The inability to view Profiles has been mentioned in the past, but I don't know what the fixes are.

I would try to teleport to a different Region and see if that helps.

Check that the drivers for the Graphics card are up to date.

Check my (edit: your) firewall status.

Try an Alternate Viewer

Check the Grid Status Page to see if LL is servicing anything that could effect web profiles.

Check the Jira to see if others are Reporting a Bug.

 

 

Maybe another Resident here has a better answer.

Support is always an option if you cannot find a solution.

Hello TrainMe. You are not the only one. I have exactly the same problem and error message. My feeling is that it is a temporal glitch. I hope LL to be aware and fix it soon. So, don't worry about.

If you are having trouble seeing profiles at my.secondlife.com, try using a different browser.

Just now the issue seems that has been resolved. Please try again to open a profile in world or in https://my.secondlife.com/
