Cannot log in on one account, disconnecting upon loading in (stuck in presence)

For the past few days but mainly today im unable to log into my main account. On every version 2/3 viewer i've tried it loads on in but disconnects immediately once loaded in. I've ruled out connection issues, my router is alittle slow but i've been running second life fine on it for the past year. I've tried changing the regions i load into but nothing works im still getting disconnected. I think im suffering from that stuck in presence problem that has been happening. Im able to log in fine without any lag or anything on a different account it just seems to be my main one.

Hello Marina. Please follow the suggestions here: http://status.secondlifegrid.net/ It is a bug which affects many residents.

So try to change your login location and it this does no work submit a ticket https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ --> under account issues --> second life web login issues. Report there the problem and wait for a reply. If you are a premium, you can use the LiveChat. You find the option on the right.

If you think you are suffering from that "stuck in presence" thing, then you have probably already seen the suggested solution at http://status.secondlifegrid.net/2012/01/28/post1553/  .  The only thing I would add to the advice there is that even after you have managed to log back in, you will still be ghosted until you return to the sim where you logged out (or crashed from) last time. Returning to that sim should force the servers to recognize the real YOU and boot the ghost.

The good news (almost) is that LL is likely to have a fix in the next server rollout this week. If your ghost isn't exorcized by then, she should be.
