I bought two things for a friend and they didn't receive either of them so what do I do now?

I bought my friend a bike or two and used the wrong name with both and after the third I finally got it through to him after he told me the correct name. How can I get my money back on those two things I bought?

You can't. Most Bikes are No Transfer / Copy so those gifts went to the wrong avatars and are there for keeps. The merchant is not culpable since they use the Marketplace provided by Linden Lab. Linden Lab is not culpable since they warn you to make sure that you send the Gift to the correct avatar account.

You probably can't.  It was your mistake, and Marketplace will have sent the gifts wherever you told it to send them.  You can ask the merchant, I suppose, but he's under no obligation to believe that you ordered the extra items by mistake.
