First, try the redelivery. If there isn't one, copy your transaction from your dashboard and put it in a notecard and them POLITELY state....here is my transaction info where I purchased these shoes. I accidentally hit the decline rather than accept. Is it possible to get a redelivery from you on them? Thank you...then your SL avi name...the one you chose when you signed up for your account. I've not met a merchant yet that wouldn't honor a polite request when you include the transaction history.
