New to Secondlife

Hello Im Breck. Second day on Secondlife and I am wondering how I make friends? I like Games, Cars, Sports, and cooking. Uh not sure what else to put.

You make friends here just as you make them in real life. And just like there, the harder you try, the worse it turns out!

Look at other people's profiles to get ideas (both good and bad) for fleshing yours out. I'd certainly add your interests there, there's a profile section for doing just that.

Check the Destination Guide (and use in-world search) to find places of interest to you and visit them. Spend some time observing, so you don't stick your foot in your mouth too often. But don't hold back. Making friends requires some effort, a healthy tolerance for rejection, and a genuine interest in other people.

Don't be afraid to ask others for help or advice here, the Ben Franklin Effect really works.

Welcome to SL. I'm only a few weeks or so old but have already gotten used to it.

I am able to be your friend in-world and I'm not sure what I really can offer aside from hanging out at shops, clubs, etc.
