My inventory, friends list, and landmarks have all been lost!

I logged into Secondlife using a new computer for the first time in several months, due to my old computer having been broken for that amount of time. I believe it was around August that I logged in last. First, when I tried to log in, I got a message stating that my account was "under maintenance," and I would have to wait and try again. I waited several hours, and when I finally got in, all of my items were gone. My inventory as well as my landmarks, animation overrides, and even my friends list had all been removed. I had been switched to a default avatar.

 

I tried all of the solutions that had been recommended online, from clearing my cache to trying different viewers (including the default). Nothing worked.

 

I have lost a LOT of money, and so I'm VERY upset about this!

if this all isn't solved by the things we can try outselves... only one thing, and the most powerfull is left...send in a support ticket.

 

Must say it's the first time i heared about a status "account under maintenance" ....
