Missing Items in Inventory

Today, Saturday April 11, 2015 I removed household items from my Linden Home then went into the appropriate item folders to ensure everything was there and I noticed several items did not return to my inventory.  I did everything from clearing my cache and doing relogs in attempts to retrieve the items.  I'm so fraustrated as I have spent good money on the items that weren't returned to my inventory.  Does anyone have a solution to help me resolve this issue?  Thank you.

To get missing items back, that have been rezzed...It often helps with a couple of relogs, and they will show up in your inventory again, when you are back online after a little offline break.

How did you remove them from your Linden Home?  Did you do it carefully, one item at a time, or did you pick up several things at once?  If you picked up things together, you have saved them as a coalesced object, which will appear in your inventory with an icon that looks like a small stack of bricks.  You can probably find it most easily by using the Recent tab in inventory -- possibly setting the gate back a day or two, as necessary.  Meanwhile, read here >>> https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Building-tips/ta-p/700041#Section_.1

Thank you for your assistance. I removed one item at a time saying that I do see a 'coalesced object' in the lost and found folder. I do recall last night, Friday April 10, 2015 when I trying to rezz items into my home they did not rez nor did they go back into inventory. So, this morning when I logged in the items were still not in my inventory...so I took everything back into my inventory, one item at a time. I reclogged...and when I started to take the items from the inventory to set up house, I noticed 6 items did not return to my inventory. It's these 6 items I'm trying to find, which were big ticket items. All in all I will log off SL once again....wait another day and hope the items find their way back to me. I wouldn't expect them to be in the Lost & Found folder. After all, they weren't lost. You took them back to inventory. The coalesced object should probably be in your Objects folder. As I said, though, the easiest way to find it is to use the Recent tab in inventory, scroll back a day or so, and look for items with that coalesced icon. There can't be many. If they really were lost, though, Muletta may be right. These things do sometimes show up on their own after a day or so.
