How do I enter second life..Im stuck on my dashboard

I don't know how to enter the second life world, I am stuck on my dashboard...help?!

To enter SL, you must first download a viewer. That requires you to be using a PC with sufficient horsepower to render the world's graphics. The mimimum system requirements are here...

Start with the Quick Start guide (first link in the list above). That gives instructions for downloading and launching the viewer.

Second Life has a steep learning curve, but it's unique amongst virtual worlds. I hope you find it as engaging as I do.

READ all of those links Maddy gave you.  They are full of Stuff you Need to Know!

But to give you a very quick answer:  You don't get to Second Life from this website.  You download and install a "viewer", a separate program.  Go to Help/Downloads at the top of this page to find this!  Then you run the viewer software and enter your user name and password to get to Second Life itself.  This website is a mere support resource (although there is an awful lot of it!)
