secoud life not working right

i log in then my avater and ever place i go is loading slow and laging and my mic wont work either. i didnt mess with the mic or voice setting.

Yea, something isnt right. I tried to log on and got a popup indicating that my account was undergoing minor maintenance.  Go figure.
