trouble hearing a stream

I own a sim where we have live performers who use their own streams that we put in land. A couple of folks have trouble hearing just one of our performer's streams. they are able to hear everyone else. we've tried everything but nothing has worked. does anyone know what could cu

most likely it's blocked by their media filter

for sure it's not caused by the land settings, streams are not connected to the LL servers but it's http audio

another option is that the performer has a limited stream... when he has 50 listeners nr 51 won't be able to listen

just to add, one of my listeners had trouble with and ogg-encoded stream because she was on Linux, so i had to set the encoding to mp3.

There are a few mp3 encoders out there, not all produce good results.
