Mesh clothing often comes with alpha layers that make parts of the body underneath transparent. This is because the clothing doesn't fit the body exactly, or it doesn't fit when the body moves. To avoid bits sticking out there is an anpha layer.

If you are in a laggy area you may see the invisible bit before the clothing becomes visible.

Or it could be because you have a slow internet connection or a graphics card that isn't fast enough.

Or you might be using an old viewer that doesn't know how to rez mesh.

Or perhaps they should get better Responders on here that actually care to properly answer a question, instead of just taking up space to hear themselves talk.

On the other side, Thank You for your Thoughtful Response to this post, Ohjiro Watanabe.

If you have an ATI / AMD video card in your computer, turn off "Hardware Skinning" in the viewer's preferences. Does that fix mesh clothing? If it fixed it, then you have a known problem with all recent AMD Catalyst video drivers. AMD has released a "Beta" (pilot test) driver 15.3 that is supposed to fix this. This beta is early test software, so it may not work right for everyone. Use at your own risk, know what you are doing, etc.
