plz help me find a solution to reactivate my account "amouna1992"because I need my old account because I won this account was L $1580 and I have my intimate friends, and thank you in advance :)

If you cannot go to your case using the direct link in the email, go to Help > Support History.

You have to log in with the account that you're trying to reactivate (amouna1992).

I have the exact same problem! And i've been submitting cases via the support all day, and nothing helps!

The thing is, I dont get what i have to do when i get the email:

A new case has been created

You don't necessarily have to "do" anything other than wait for someone at LL to act on your ticket. Submitting more than one, unless it's prematurely closed, isn't going to help. At all.
