This is a resident-to-resident Answers site.  Lindens never come here.  We are all SL residents like you, so there's no way we can get into your account (you may be very glad for that).  I doubt that it is possible to change your payment date, but it can't hurt to ask the Billing Office.  If they say no, I suggest simply putting money into your account early.  Linden Lab will always settle bills by looking first to see how much money you already have in the USD balance (not L$) on your account.
