We are all SL residents like you, so there's no way we can get into your account (you may be very glad for that). I doubt that it is possible to change your payment date, but it can't hurt to ask the Billing Office. If they say no, I suggest simply putting money into your account early. Linden Lab will always settle bills by looking first to see how much money you already have in the USD balance (not L$) on your account.
