I caught it when Tary tossed it, and I tossed it last night. Glad it landed with someone who wants to keep it!
Chloe has one on a waterway by a void which is nice but it's not what I would call next level - this mountain stream one is amazing, thanks!

I still have it, going to let it go in the weekend and start looking for a 1024 or a good log.
If anyone wants to come by and have a look is at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Airashii Mogura/93/142/35. Soundscape on, mine and the region so be prepared for a lovely nature sound

I got this parcel today on my oldest account - it is incredibly well placed it might be time for me to swap main avatars as I don't fancy making this switch and I love this little spot - thanks for putting it back out there!

Given that I have a collection of doll houses in my Vic, I just had to grab this cabinet from Serenity Style! It's 6 LI (the doors and drawers all open, but then close themselves) and $65. The 8 LI rack is also on sale (the clock is deco only) for $65 as well.
Thanks for a direct link - I've seen a few bloggers use this and I kept forgetting to search for it. I had to pack up my dolls house wall / collection but it may one day find a new home. Has not stopped me collecting though!

I'm wavering between whether someone came up with "tosser" and just didn't know the slang or it was a British person having a laugh because they knew most other people wouldn't know.
I laughed - I mean it is literally a bunch of tossers.

I long for 512 versions of all the homes eventually that would be the ultimate upgrade to the previous themes for me - I absolutely love the Houseboats, Victorians and Fantasy especially but when I get them I find them too large well the exception being the boats I suppose. I find the Sakura 512 although being quite close to other homes seem to have some better sense of personal space than boats. The waterways pulled me in initially - it is a driving factor behind my love of the Fantasy too, waterway system likewise with Victorians it is the railway system. The other push for Fantasy is the season system and night magic - a 512 model there would be great! A 512 boat would be great! (wish wish)

Does in maintenance mean that it is not available yet in the land store?
Yes means not available on the land page yet but I am about to let out a boat myself so that should do it..

I wonder if when the "camper" regions are eventually retired, if they let the remaining residents move to a new continent? That's what "campers" do!
I would ask if I can camp out as a resident cabin or lighthouse keeper or perhaps request underground burrow homes. If there was a modern, eco type model and a rustic model I am sure it would gain fans

I think we might be waiting a long time as our desired place would be on the seafront with the ability to sail on open seas.
I never see these on the auctions. There is a large parcel available next to me on Mainland - we border Rosedale sim which is amazing sailable, sunset - search for Rosedale, the area is lovely. I only have a 512 there but still, worth the view

Thank you so much @Loelia Pancake - I've done a couple of small commissions so far - always open to enquiries, depends on the project

Persephone Emerald, Nika Talaj, Chloe Bunny and Frigga Freidman, thank you so much for your insights into this. You guys are awesome. I was wondering though, no one mentioned a good time to throw for a new home. I think part of my sisters problem is that she works all week and doesn't come on really at all. Usually I can count on her for Saturday night only from like eight to eleven. Do any of you think that might be an issue? I've never really had a lot of problems with Game of Homes because I'm home during the day so I can stalk the land page.
It was always my UK time between 6 and 8am for home searches - and best time to do things more quietly was UK time 9 - 11am

I can stick up for both sides I guess - I used to draw a little picture of what I wanted parcel wise and leave it next to my laptop but I didn't stand on parcels I was compulsively at the land page day after day. I did spookily get parcels similar to those I had drawn. However there was someone else wanting the same parcels and they were the one standing on them all day and it happened a couple of times and they asked me why I had all the luck. This was when releases just "happened" about three times a week. Now there are queues and the same houses are making it round those queues from those I see posted here, some multiple times. The queue is basically something you have to work your way up

Me either - I can feel my purse strings tightening. I don’t even need to go and look at it either as the photos and descriptions on the forum are now so good!

Colonial Revival is my guess - maybe with small stable or extra area because I want to say horses or equestrian themed. Not that I actually have an LH now but I am interested in seeing what progresses and which themes they create. I imagine my guess looks a bit like this although forgive my lack of US homes vs UK ones...

To a certain extent, but then, there's a point when I feel that I'm rolling the dice for no good reason. Ennui has set in. Such a first world problem.

I had posted in the Bellisseria Citizens group chat, but this seemed to be a better place to ask:
An honest question for the GOH'ers - what is the reasoning behind multiple alts to grab several adjacent homes on a newly opened region? for the thrill of owning multiple spaces? the schadenfreude of preventing someone getting one home for their one premium account? I don't understand the appeal ... then you decorate ten houses in a newly opened area? they don't appear to be decorated, many times? so ... what is the point?
As well as all the good points made here the hardened players just want to keep rolling and as long as there are new areas to break they will roll. And when the areas are all released they will continue abandon rolling. It’s often not about the homes or the locations

Ughh I so want one of these campers but haven't made the plunge on premium yet..soo cute 🤗
Having a little 512 on mainland as well as a camper has been really fun - I have used it to live in and to rent out the mainland too, very flexible and if you are happy with less allowance decorating on that can become a fine art!

Peach Rhododendrons and the LH butterflies. Maybe the twisted beach trees and definitely the rocks? I've tinted fundati rocks too often. Oh and floral ground cover!! T-spot mesh have always sufficed for my beach straws - I absolutely adore the antique colour hydrangea in the victorian pack. The LH bluebells might also be welcome along with the sparse bushes

I started in Steampunk and would welcome that in LH - Babbage and Caledon are my two favourite estates / communities to rent in. The creativity in steampunk areas never ceases to amaze and would be a welcome antidote to Newbrooke
