if i were in charge of the lab, id be reading this blog thinking, 'do i really want to shift this sort of customer interaction to facebook?'

if egypt can fall to facebook organisation, imagine the crusade disenfranchised customers could wage against linden lab!

your customers are clearly not happy. why you want to encourage them to start talking about their experiences on facebook is a question worth rethinking.

ive seen this same song and dance countless times over my 5 years on the grid.

colour me jaded.

 

obviously the lab has this fantasy where everybody will use their rl facebook accounts, hammer 'like' and refer all their friends and family... but it just isnt going to happen. yesterdays fixation on the corporates is todays fixation on facebook.

the lab just doesnt get it, and they never will. they are going to hammer on this facebook thing until facebook itself is yesterday.
