Came back from work and was hoping things had been fixed but NOOOO! I can't believe it!!! And I cannot even unlist the items that are borked because they are not mine... What's going on with these people? Can you imagine Amazon or other online shop keeping their websites open in this kind of mess? What makes LL think they are any different? This is business for Christ's sake! Not a game! I am so mad I think I have smoke coming from the top of my head. It's been more than 24 hours since this has been reported and nothing has been done.

Well Marcus, that's how it works.. although nothing surprises me anymore, I must admit that this issue and how LL is dealing with it has made my jaw drop.

Good Morning Darrius! I hope they fix this soon. I did a test and bought what should have been my hairbase demo for 0L, got a tree house for 1L and when I looked at the box, the treehouse shoudl have costed 280L. I contacted the other merchant because I was interested in knowing if she actually did receive the 1L payment or if this is all happening without her being aware, but she hasn't been online since 2011. Another thing I found out is that even if your listings appear to be fine when you open your storefront, they might be listed in someone elses' store as a different product without you being aware, with the wrong price. In my opinion they should shut it down until they fix this. I can't even unlist the items since they aren't mine lol

Mine are not the oldest but they are all the same type of product: hairbases. And you guys know what? This has been happening for quite a while because I remember I was looking for something on the marketplace and saw an item that had a a different picture than the product advertised.. and that happened at least more than a week ago. I wonder how long this has been going on unnoticed...

Ok, so that everyone knows, I clicked on one of the merchants who is showing on my listings and her listings are not borked. So she isn't even aware she's in this mess. That means a lot of people who are seeing their products ok on their listings and think they were lucky and were not affected, might in fact be. Unbelievable!

Sorry to hear you got hit Sera. I wonder if even if people's own listing don't seem borked, they have products are showing on someone else's listings. The way things look messed up, I wouldn't be surprised. Going to check if those who have their products on my listings have borked listings too.

So here I am again... it's 9 am and I'm having a cup of coffee and looking at my listings still borked and thinking about what I should do. I have to go to RL work soon... can't believe this is still not fixed. This is outrageous! In 6 years I've never seen a mess like this in the the marketplace (xslstreet) Going to try to make those items innactive.

I haven't changed over either Czari. Now I wonder if this is happening only to people who haven't.

Holly Cow Stephanie, and I thought mine was bad!

I'm going to bed now. I was on my way when I decided to have a quick look at my listings. Now that I have calmed down, I guess I can sleep. I hope they fixed this before I wake up. If not, I'll have to unlist my stuff or at least those that are broken.. I really don't have the energy to do it now. Thank you all for the support. I was kind of desperate :-)

Paulette, to unlist all my products will be a major pain. I'm going to see if there's some bulk thing to unlist the store.. there should be really.. if there isn't, time to make one

Something was telling me that this transition wasn't going to be a smooth one... I am totally lost and can't find a place to file a ticket. If we all file a ticket they'll notice it. I don't think they are even aware of what's going on.

Hi Argus! I'm looking for where I can write a ticket but I'm totally lost. Prices are wrong, merchant, pictures, totally crazy. You just have to look at my store to see it. Do you know where we can write a ticket? Check your listings too Argus. I hope you don't have the same problem

Something really weird happened. Some of my listing have a different picture and a different name and some even a different merchant. Who should I contact? Anyone has noticed that?? So far no comissions have been charged to me. It was quite a nice surprise since I didn't know this promotion was going to happen. Came to the forum to check if there was post about it after I noticed no comissions were being taken.
