  1. Well I was going to reply to my support ticket that my missing funds have been received, however, I noticed it's closed again, this time without an email notice, I'm not going to bother. Closing support tickets before resolution is achieved is a very very bad support practice, LL, I hope you work on that in the future. I was also going to post on my JIRA BUG-3143 ticket that the funds have been received, but since the ticket has been closed and later reopened by Whirly Fizzle with a message that it was accidentally closed, I cannot seem to post any further comments on it, so if anyone from LL is watching this thread you can finally close that one too as resolved.
  2. The only time I ever download my transaction history is if I need to track down discrepancies like this. I probably use my marketplace sales logs more often, though that's also mirrored in my email. A bit useful if you need to verify a customer purchase or contact customers en-masse.
  3. Well my JIRA ticket was reopened in this issue, however I don't seem to have the ability to comment on it right now for some reason. I wanted to report on it that a customer just got double charged off of the marketplace for what should have been a single purchase item. I tried to contact them to refund them but they were offline. This does seem to be an issue that needs to be remedied along side the payment failures.
  4. I really have to agree with this. I'm dislike how LL closes cases and even support tickets before the problem listed therein is either resolved or declined. I worked support for four years, and I was never allowed to close tickets until the problem was actually resolved. This accomplishes several things - 1) Lets the user know that they have not been forgotten. 2) As long as it's open, lets the user know that your team is still working on it, but have not provided a solution. 3) Makes sure that you don't loose track of that user and the status of their issue. 4) Gives you a chance to make sure the user is satisfied with the solution when it is provided before closing the ticket.
  5. Well I was happy with my AdBlock until recently, for some reason if I don't white list the SL sights now, I just get a blank white page. That never used to happen before. Nice job making sure everyone that doesn't want to see the adds HAS to see them now, LL. It's like digital warfare to plug the orifices of society that spew materialism crap as it is
  6. I guess I might as well add my name to the list, just to add weight to the problem. Thankfully it looks like I have only lost the income for one sale, however I opened my support ticket, and submitted my JIRA posting about it. The support ticket I got a response stating that the commerce team is working as fast as they can to resolve the problem and get merchants reimbursed. So I left the ticket open.... it was closed three days later, before I was reimbursed my missing funds. Being the stubborn dragon I am, I reopened it politely explaining that I did not reply because I had not yet been reimbursed for the order, and therefore the issue has not been resolved, and asked them to not close the ticket until reimbursement was made. Then I got a repeat of the first message, and a link to this thread. I'm waiting to see if they are just going to close it again because I don't respond, we shall see. I do wonder if there is any communication between the support team and the commerce team at all.
  7. It seems that any reference to under age might be banned. I know I can't use the word juvenile in one of my listings that is for a juvenlie sized dragon. Some of these banns seem kind of dumb, and yes, I've been listing under general.
  8. Well I certainly hope that they are fasing out deforms because I'm motly in SL to not be human. LOL I think a lot of other people are with me on this.
  9. Is anyone else having issues with attachments that get stuck on an avatar, and do not function after teleports? This happens to me all the time since multi-add was implemented. Is this a known issue?
  10. There still seems to be an issue with marketplace, but it's not with purcased items not getting delievered at all for me. I've been trying to buy different items for my alt accout for two days now, each time the delivery has failed, but I get my money back. Seems technically marketplace communications are down, this has to be costing people a lot of sales, including me.
