    I was riding down the Twelve Pins sim along the trails and thought what a lovely place this is to live............
    This sim is part of a six sim estate with event spaces, shops, small and large rentals, land transfers and neighborhood homes and visitors are always welcome!

    The homestead sim of Twelve Pins has 6 private homes  each with 1/6th sim.
