    We just did some reworking on Clare Sound (attached to Kerry Harbour) to create 7 amazing Marina cottages at the low low cost of 325 LD. Cottage, decks and slip are included. You get an extra 150 prims per week... plenty for boat and decor!     I was riding down the Twelve Pins sim along the trails and thought what a lovely place this is to live............
