Answering your comment: a) I can comment a review of another Resident without buy the object, yes, that's ok. And AFAIK it's a normal behavior of the SL Marketplace. b) But I cannot write a review without buy the object.

AFAIK if you are sure that anyone can add a review/comment without buy the item, you should open quickly a JIRA about that issue.
