My mainland residence is in the sky. the land is dual use it made more sense for me to have the store side on ground level to attract potential passing trade from the bordering welcome center and have some more personal not so laggy space to do things in the sky

I thought if you were prem. and you gave up your house you got a free 1024 plot of land with no fees.
You are charged for your maximum land holdings in the month even if you abandoned land 1 second after buying it. if you owned the Linden Home at the same time as the land that's why you are being charged $7

Atelier Burgundy's offering: these closet clutter sets (each item 1 LI) are on sale for $75 per color - but why not buy the white or light gray set and tint individual parts to suit yourself?
As of just now the white and gray sets are L$75 each

I did noticed that, put me into a panic for a second thinking I grabbed a 512 lot 😂
Aside from the location not being all that great I tossed my first one when I saw a 512 and thought I'd accidentally chosen the wrong plot size.

Incase no one noticed or hasn't been able to get a home yet, if you go for the 1024 option you can choose between having a 512 or 1024 house rezzed.

Managed to roll Cathcarts Fumble too, got a nice enough corner plot backing on to a pond with good communal facilities near by that I'd willingly keep but have been having issues TPing or logging into the region. It may get tossed back if it keeps being a problem

6 regions have released with homes taken (I think 7 now - maybe Coin Toss) - my guess is that they might go fast. But hopefully there'll be more moderns in the future if they prove popular.
I just landed one in Atkins Depot hopefully the location looks nicer in world than what I'm seeing on map
Whoever gets my on pier in Bumpus I hope they enjoy it as much as I did

Before all the euros say “but I pay 20% VAT!” - we don’t care.
In the UK at least VAT isn't charged on annual premium membership

This area in red is 'Rouge' I don't think anyone has speculated what this theme could be. My guess would be 'Asian' a "Shareta Osumai" upgrade since red is an important colour Asian culture. Though it could well be something very different

I briefly had a houseboat on a square parcel but it wasn't for me I didn't know what to do with the space inside.
I currently have a stilt on pier, my first was on land the first type I could claim when initially released I didn't like the view from my deck. I really wanted one on pier as the stilts near me in RL are like that in water connected to a path. I lucked out and got one next to a rezz area on my first try, I use the Tortuga as it's open plan I had no problems zoning it how I wanted. I can't afford another premium account so the only reason I will be giving it up is, because I saw the 1024 bungalow option in Newbrooke and could immediately imagine living in it & how I'd decorate it.

Your Dreams has a laundry room set for Happy Weekend:
Saw that on the Happy Weekend Facebook gallery and it's 72 Li, Ouch! Unfortunately a lot of Your Dreams products are too high Li to be suitable for Linden Homes

The yava pods turn in to boats/submarines/trains/balloons depending on the terrain and road type they are on. I know the Jeogeot base is on the "Wellington Road" with a stop at a layby in Cheju. Around the coast of Satori and the Hetrocea rail network and possibly the rail network in the Sansar colour regions i've seen rival systems in operation, i recall them being blue or green in colour

If you've never tried skiing before the area around Chalet Linden (Wengen) in the Sansara snowlands has equipment and trail's you can try. take one of the ski lifts at the top are free skis and snowboard rezzers provided by LL. if you can make the region crossing in to Moritz with provided board/skis still attached there's a snow half pipe

Will today be the day?
Seems unlikely, the last activity I saw was in "Seldom Scene" on Friday. Nothing so far today, not a dickie bird from Patch or other LL people in Belli chat
