To answer Elena's question, we did make sure that I was on both lists. I was there when she put me on the house list. She said that activated the two, I saw the chat that stated I was on the access list for both and I had assumed that since I wasn't ejected from her property when she turned her security system on that she did something correctly. What button does she need to hit, I told it was the allow list because that was the one I'm pretty sure I used (it was a week ago and sometimes my memory is caca). But if you could tell me what button I can direct her to this post and maybe it'll work this time. Maybe I wrote the steps down wrong?

This is a question about the access whitelist. It took me forever to figure out why mine wasn't working ( I didn't hit the allow list button) and helped my sister get her security system up and running, going through the same steps that I did. She got the message that I'm on her whitelist. I'm not getting ejected (YAY!) but it won't let me open the doors or windows or even open the menus. Is there a time limit before it lets me do stuff? I mean I set mine up but it was a week before she was inworld to see if it worked and she can access everything. What are we doing wrong? Thank you in advance!

I have a friend who recently joined SL, doesn't have a lot of extra cash, and would like some decent clothes. She really isn't into the entire mesh avi thing and trying to find clothes for a classic avi is freaking impossible. I've been on SL for a while but every place I used to shop is now closed. The stuff I have found for the classic requires a mesh layer that leave holes on her avi if she moves. I need your help guys. Where oh where can one buy classic clothes? Thanks in advance!!

Don't feel awkward. You were a massive help to me and you deserve my praise and my sloppy kisses because without the two of you I never would have gotten my stuff. Oh, Lindal, I wish that was true. But I was on the land when it happened. It was so odd. I was sitting outside my home showing my sister how to abandon her house and didn't realize I had hit the abandon land button myself. When I pulled my camera back I noticed that all my furniture was gone except for the chair I was sitting on. As soon as I stood the chair disappeared and it's actually the only piece of furniture that appeared in my lost and found. I've been looking for my other pieces ever since. I can't tell you how many times I look up "sofa" or "bed" or whatever is missing in the hopes it will pop up. Or look into the bundle itself that the individual items came with. And my sister is having the same problem too. All of her items have disappeared as well. I'll totally try your idea though. It's the only thing I haven't tried. Thank you so much!

To be honest Rowan I couldn't even FIND the inventory cache. I had wen through some of the older posts bout missing inventory and had followed everything I could find. I wanted to try everything before I brought my question here. I have the SL viewer and someone had said they had had to delete it and redownload it...Is that a viable option?

I did try that. After looking in the what little I had in my lost and found and then checking to see if maybe they were replaced in my normal inventory I thought to check in the Recent tab. I had been shopping so I was going in and out of it anyway. But it's been two days and still nothing. And the little question mark on my Inventory Tab won't go away either. Thank you for your help. My sister and I both abandoned our last home without taking everything with us. Little things that we just overlooked. But they never showed up in our Lost and Found. In fact nothing is showing up there. The file icon has a question mark on it. Has anyone else had this problem? I've tried the Clear Cache but it isn't helping. What are we doing wrong?

So, is there a way for us to get LL homes next to each other? We're in the same region but in totally different areas. Can you, I don't know, request parcels next to each other? Thank you!!

So we had a power outage when I was setting up my premium account, and I HAD hit the year charge button, but I hadn't hit the "I agree to terms and conditions". So I didn't think it went through, and when I got power back like a minute later, instead of double checking (idiot that I am) I went for the monthly payment, agreed to "terms and conditions" and went on my merry way, making sure I was getting billed monthly. Today I looked and It says I'm on the monthly plan, but the $99 charge went through. So my question is, how do I find out if I'm going to now get monthly charges instead of the year? I don't always have time to be inworld which is why I had decided to change from year/month. I'm such a dork. Hope I made sense. Thank you.
