If you are tired of moving love the location but want something a bit different what ever you like out side take a pic or go the spots ie the montains ,,, shoreline anywhere in second life take that pic ,, then up load it to make it a texture , on one side of the flat prim put the texture , on the side that people would see from the outside go to edit and make it transpatent . i put that on the outside of the addon so if i want a rainy day i just put a rainy scene but from the outside all you see it the add on inside different scenery , note i do not attach the prim makes it easier to lift the prim up and change the pics, and make sure you adjust the scenery to work with what ever windows you have ,,, will post later of some of the ones i have been working on . hope this helps and if some one can better explain it please do ,,, trying to make rl hubby breakfast and secondlife at same time ikr ,,,lololol
Smart ideas. We've been lucky with our camper location, quite private, but I like the idea of changing the view hehe. It's not the ideal camper I lost, but well, it's quite close.

Love that kitchen!! Not having upper cabinets, or just one, makes a tiny space looks bigger and open. You have a lovely camper, good job

@Elena Core thank you! I made the pond . You can just see fence posts in the background, everything behind that is Mole built.
Really nice work. I've tried to build one in my backyard, but it seems I still need a loooooooooot more practice, because it ended up looking like a puddle.

Gardening on sand in Westvale. This plot is very open and I'm lucky enough to have open space around. So I experimented with a 'borrowed landscape' design, obscuring the perimeter and making it feel like the garden space is larger than in reality.
You can just see Stanley the Koi peering out of my rock pool. I think he is happier than in the swimming pool of the last place!
It really is amazing how the various repeated elements of Bellisseria landscape come together to make for such a varied feel in different parts of the continent. Those moles sure are talented, and I'm really impressed that the designers coming up with such a mix of ideas and make efforts to come up with something new, even though they are obviously under time pressure.
Lovely scene @Raspberry Crystal. Did you add the pond or is it part of the Belli landscaping?

I was admiring your yard last night! I am terrible at landscaping, so like to see what others do. Yours looks lovely, and I love the animals! 😻
Thank you Sylvia!! I will add your name to the security system, so you can walk around and check everything 😊

Well, after getting jelaous while looking at your amazing interior designs (and the graphic cards in your computers!), I've decided to share a glimpse of my new home. We are mainly outdoor people, so there's not much to see in the inside, most of the prims are being put into the garden. I still need to work on the right side, and the covered patio, but it's not looking so bad. My intention was to create a whimsical feeling, and fill most of the space with my beloved animals

I'm really happy to see the lovely abandons that can be found lately. LL Heavens have been really kind to us this weekend: we've got an amazing new trad, and last night, this great private spot showed up. There's another tiny home behind us with a nice neighbour, and it is surrounded by hills on the back and a protected area in the front. A big 'thank you' to the person who let it go

That one!!!! You can click NEXT, even if it is an old theme, but don't click on the "I agree...". Just go back with the arrow of the navigator to the previous page. The name of the parcel will remain even when refreshing

i am confused as you go to the page and it show thhe theme where do you put the name of parcel or is thhat just a phone thing ,,, my viewer said premium then go to premium and there is ht ething you go to to get your home that page shows the homes available but no land so i am really confused by this help
Right at the bottom, where it says "Name of the parcel" . That page you mention as "show the theme", is the one I'm referring to. If it is already typed in, it remains there when you're refreshing, and it saves some time, not much, but a few seconds can make the difference

How can you get houses so fast? I've been trying for soooo long and no luck......
Please help....lol
@Yamila, using the phone instead of the laptop has helped. Also, when getting to the LH web page, type the name of the parcel. Click NEXT, and then go back to that very same page, so the name of the parcel in the box remains. That way, when your desired home shows up, you would be saving time.

My real life mom went to heaven a number of years ago as did my real life dad. I miss them so very much and find at times there are things in sl that i can create to honor them. Losing your real life parents is one of the hardest things on ones life.. I am working on the living room as she would do it. So yes i know she is watching me . And i know when i see her when i cross over she will say you forgot the dust rag and the pledge furniture polish
I know the feeling. My dad went to heaven some years ago, and he was only 58. But every time I do something I feel happy with, I sense he is around saying 'good for you'. I'm sure your mom smiles when you do too

Camper alert!! Does anyone know whether a new region has been released? Or the same old Camper at Madison Creek is still looking for the love of its dreams?
Edited at 3.26 SLT. It was a lost camper showing for quite a while

I have been extremely lucky that after searching for a loooong time I finally found my ideal home, a real beachhouse with nothing between me and the coast and not even houseboats to block my view. I did not finish the inside yet but concentrated on the outside. So this thread seems the adequate one. The plot is beautiful from both sides and it is the first time I did not need a balcony to have a great view but I live INSIDE the view so I could give the Alderley a try:

AximBeach01_014 by Leora Jacobus, auf FlickrI will openly confess that I copied a lot from @Marianne Little the big tree and the boat are the highlights of my landscaping. They are both a bit costly but WELL worth their price! The "Twisted Tree" comes with a sort of little weeded hill at the bottom and can be changed to four seasons. As Marianne described you have to change the texture of that hill to match the sand to "... the 'Beach sand' texture we all have in our library" and as she explained further "Editing skill is needed, rotating the sand direction to match the default ground is important, also the scale."
To make it easier for you (since you have to change that texture every time you change the season) it is: edit - select face - click the base - texture - select the Beach Sand from the Library - horizontal 3.0 - vertical 1.2 ...
AFTER taking this picture I added rotation degree 10 ... makes it match better. The wrecked boat "Driftwood beach den" comes not only with tons of just awsome animations but also with a hud with which you can adapt the sandcolour (similar as it was long time ago with shoes and feet combinazions) ... you should use that and neglect the fact that the riffles are a lot smaller than those of the ground because if you CHANGE the texture like with the tree you would loose some plants and shadows that are on it. At least that's what I did!
Needless to say that a "Waves and gulls ambiente sound" and some flying gulls are a must have on such a parcel! (but first turn your land page to "restrict sound to parcel")
That is A VIEW!!!! Congrats, so happy for you!!!! Love that boat and branch set, it looks amazing. I'm sure you'll enjoy that place, you deserve after all the effort you've put into this search. Have an amazing Friday

Kitchens!!
in Linden Homes

Typo
WoW, mine must be the smallest kitchen in Belli!!!! I don't cook in RL at all (it's much safer for the planet), and I didn't feel like having a kitchen at home. But since I had that extra space in my Adams cottage, I went for a small set by Maya that I fell in love with (the heater is by What Next, it was a group gift I think)
