Live chat is only available between 8am and 5pm.........and im UK time so its really wasnt any help for me. It used to be that at least region down tickets was looked at pretty quickly.

Is anyone monitoring tickets these days ? I put in a ticket for a region down nearly 5 hours ago and its sitting there unopened still and the region has now been down for almost 6 hours, this at one of the busiest times of year for me. The same sim was also offline for 3 hours on Tuesday and with the problems on Sunday im losing alot of money at the moment. Do we have to wait to get a problem fixed with a sim until someone starts work at 8 am?

I need chocolate ( lots of it ) a large bottle of wine ( even though i don't drink, i might start now) a blanket and pillows ( too make myself comfortable at the pc cause it looks like im set for another niter online) That's my Valentine nite sorted ! Ive had about 15 of my 250 back log of orders go out over the last couple of hours and not received any money at all

We have just posted to the status blog: We are aware that orders placed on the Second Life marketplace are delivering slower than normal. Orders are not being lost. Please allow additional time for items ordered to be delivered to the intended recipient. We will update this post when we have more information. This may well be the final straw for me. I've been up all niter trying to keep the sim running smoothly and dealing with customers that have paid for the item from the market place but not received and now this. Not a single sale on the market place since 9am UK time. No help available, and there will be no compensation. I sell cards and gifts so Valentine's day is the biggest time of year for me. Im now on 12 pages of orders marked queued, i hate to think how many Lindens that all adds up too, lost!

It would help if LL closed the MP until they fix it, but getting someone from LL attention is proving hard. Ive put in a ticket, which may get answered next month, live chat doesn't start till 8am SL time. Ive started putting a notice on my own listings telling people to buy inworld from me. I am losing thousands of Lindens every hour this continues. All those orders currently queued will never get delivered now

Is anyone else having problems selling on the MP. I have had no orders go out for over 4 hours and i have over 85 orders showing as Queued. Its the busiest day of the year for me so to say im upset and angry is a understatement. Note.....yes reset magic boxes, syned boxes and i have them placed on 3 different sims

I would also like Snuggles removed from the RC KT server please for the same reason as Phoebe, This is one of the busiest times of year for me and with restarts twice a day at the moment i don't want to risk all that just to be a guinea pig for you. Teagan Parnas

It's Party Time must be to celebrate SL8B.................when i saw it i was hoping it would be more to do with acual birthday things, as i sell gifts i was keen to take a look, so was very disappointed that all it took you to was Avatar Appearance, you would think it would of also included the Celebration catagory..............seems LLs idea of a birthday is change your look!

Instead of bringing out new things, why not concentrate on fixing old problems that have been ongoing since the market place started, I mean does it really matter if there is a join button when someone is not logged in when items are not being delivered. It is impossible to find anything when search is trouble and the market place is so cluttered with freebie items. I cancelled half my featured items recently because the market place is so broken its not worth the money anymore.
