Dear members of the Dark Butterfly. The year 2022 is already coming to an end. A year where a lot has happened. A year where we have seen that war, war never changes. This year we have been able to do a lot of good things, two in particular that we want to point out. The auction for Amnesty International at the beginning of the year and the recent auction for the International Red Cross, raised over 600,000 L$ combined for these good causes and shows what a close and caring community we have become. To end the year we will have a double contest for Christmas / New Year.. We have a total of 30,000 L$ of prizes. Your picture will be displayed at the club during the month of December. The prizes are: 1st place 2500L$, 2nd place 1500L$, 3rd place 1000L$ Cash. DB Management Choice: 2500L$ from Luas Store Contest number 2 is to have the most original season's wish, poem, haiku or whatever. The prizes are: 1st place 2500L$, 2nd place 1500L$, 3rd place 1000L$ Cash. DB Management Choice: 2500L$ from Luas Store And from 1-30 December every day a picture or wish will be randomly chosen and will receive 500L$ shopping money to Luas Store. Everyone can join one or both contests. Send your submission to either: Evelien or Emerald Starlight. Please read the rules for each contest and be sure you enter your submission as described in the rules. **** Rules Photo-contest **** 1. Your picture MUST have your own avatar in it. 2. Your picture MUST be in a ratio of 1:1 (this means square), full perm and at least 512 pixels 3. Your picture MUST be in the theme Christmas, or end of the year. See it as a wish to your fellow DB members. 4: You' are allowed to have other people and/or animals in it. 5: It is up to the management of DB to refuse your submission without further communication. 6: Your picture MUST be submitted by at least 24 of December. Any submission after that date will not be able to enter the contest. **** Rules wish/poem/Haiku contest **** 1. Your Wish MUST have at least 10 words and a maximum of 30 words. 2. Your Wish MUST be in the theme Christmas, or end of the year. See it as a wish to your fellow DB members. 3: You are allowed to focus on one person (i.e. your lover/wife etc). 4: It is up to the management of DB to refuse your submission without further communication. 5: Your Wish MUST be submitted by at least 24 of December.
