Thanks for the reply !! I presented this solution, but the client didn't like it, I think I'll have to go with a bot, do you have any that you recommend to send IM?

I liked the ideas and had already thought about notecards, but the content would be different for each user

When sending an IM by script it is not very visible and does not create a "notification", is there any way to improve this?
