the best is to rent a land offering double prim compared to the others as for example on the sims horizons and Nautilus. That is to say that these grounds offer to be able to pose 2 times more prim than the same size elsewhere which is great. It's the land that counts, not the business.

At the price where the land is, I prefer a neighbor who doesn't quite respect the limit and will build magnificent things and landscap his land rather than a bad neighbor who respects the limits and will build ugly things, or put cliffs which hides all view.
