little update had to rotate it in blender but one side is high and the arms dont match only one side is warped

Hello my fiance and i have been making some things with blender, we have figured it out with searches but this issue we have found nothing on. the arms are in the air and we have weights on it works fine in blender would appreciate some advice, thankyou :)
