    The cliffs can be modified however you like or removed to make the parcel flat. They are just mesh cliffs. I will remove so you can see.

    It is a proper 1024 plot which should fit most smaller homes, hard to say as it's very subjective. I made the cliffs if you would like a copy.     I have a private island up for sale which has ocean on one side and protected waterways all around the rest. There is one small boathouse plot attached, but otherwise it's all protected! It's such a great little area to live, but I needed more land to do my work. Asking 188,888 for the parcel.     Joined as one parcel now at a VERY low rate of only L$5.5/m2, L$87,500 for 15,872/m2 protected waterfront and sailable sims. You would be only two sims away from bingo straight/blake sea!
