No, this is not only your opinion. Being a landscaper and estate owner, since yesterday I am seriously thinking to sell all my lands and stop all activities on SL. This new PBR totally ruined my SL. Of course I uninstalled the PBR firestorm version to come back to the previous one but I know it is only a temporarily solution. That is really the badest experience.

I installed the latest firestorm supporting PBR a couple of hours ago and will run back to the previous version. This PBR one is a catastrophe, all EPP looks crapy, all items also. That is really not an improvment

Belinda Carson I guess you should learn about lands specially rare ones before to try to pull down people. In case you ignore it, and sure you do, Bay City is a very expensive area because, one more time, historical one plus, DOUBLE prims on all parcels !! Belinda carson, the price is not surprising, knowing that Purple is an historical sim of sl allowing terraforming +/- 40 m. Plus its a corner wich means 2 protected sides and open on salaible waters. That explaining the price !
