Astralia x Hello Kitty Theme Park Hello Kitty celebrates her 45th anniversary with a huge experience by Astralia in Second Life. With three regions of fun, you can also play interactive games and shop. New Halloween area opening on October 23rd at 1pm SLT! In the end, users will receive prizes. Visit in Second Life Tomb of Ancients “Tomb of Ancients” premieres on October 20, 2020 at 12AM PDT. They are hosting a one-of-a-kind escape room experience and shopping event across two regions, with additional events to come! This event is inspired by genres such as Lovecraftian horror and real-life locations such as Petra, Jordan. They aim to recreate the mystery and adventure of old movies and games such as “Tomb Raider” and “Indiana Jones." Visit in Second Life Chicks and Charge Celebrate the official region for The Charge Syndrome Foundation on Second Life with a kick-off event on Saturday, October 24th from 10am to 1:30pm SLT. This fundraising event features the amazing talent of seven of the best female musicians on the grid including: Sassy Nitely; Suzen Juel, JLively, Ning Setner, Phi Mayo, Lark Bowen, and Rosemary Rita. Explore the haunted houses, take part in the gesture hunt and get on board the Ride of Horrors, and much more! Visit in Second Life Unveiled at Sinful Retreat Bryn Oh, Cica Ghost, and Walton F. Wainwright will unveil an exquisite corpse sculpture to be a centerpiece for the Sinful Retreat region. Also celebrating the installations of the many artists on the region with performances from Semina, Jovan Buchsbaum, Skye Galaxy, Oblee, and DJ ILLSKILLZ on October 24th from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM SLT. Visit in Second Life Manifestations NL Manifestations_NL is one of the virtual locations of the Dutch Design Week, the largest RL event of its kind in Northern Europe. This year the Manifestations theme is 'Monsters'. - Several 3D artists are involved: Such as Bryn Oh, Avatar Orchestra Metaverse, DFM RTV INT, FOCUS@Coppelia, t r y p t v c r y p t, Fau Ferdinand, Patrick Moya, Nebulosus Severine, Vanessa Blaylock, Meta Lord, Caro Fayray, d-oo-b, SaveMe Oh and others. They can be found through the special temporary Manifestations land in SL. On this island, you will find portals to the various artworks, the Zombie Crawl, Monster Truck Race, experimental live performances, dance parties, and more. The event runs from October 17th to 25th.
