    I went with Legacy myself, which seems to have about as good support for outfits. I did pick Perky, so that is a bit less supported by I just liked it better.

    My opinion, Maitreya has a way better HUD, and I prefer their feet much more on how they look and the extra ballerina pose Maitreya has. Also the fact that you can buy the normal body, and add the petite addon so you can use both. On Legacy the normal and the perky are entire bodies.

    With the exception of the feet, I do like the rest of the Legacy body better. Most notably the shoulders are so much better on them compared to Maitreya, which mostly shows in posing and animations, but the entire body is more fluent and generally better looking. Biggest let down is the HUD. And even though Perky also comes with an extra petite option, it's not as petite as Maitreya Petite, so I do have slightly bigger boobs now than I preferred and had with Maitreya Petite. Better looking boobs though :)

    Do also have a Reborn on an alt and its a really good body too. To me Reborn is at its best in a more curvy look. You can also make slim looks, but IMO if you want slim, Legacy is better at that (and Maitreya), and the other way around, if you like Curvy you can make this with all bodies, but Reborn feels best at it.

    Most important advise, that is already given, is demo. See what you prefer.

    Isnt Legacy quite complex as a body? In that case it might affect performance for lower end computers and in regions with a lot going on…

    A skybox is definitely to prefer in this case. Why live on ground level just to box yourself in behind screens? Sadly the screens still look ugly if transparent on one side. Please place the skybox a bit higher than this though ❤️ 😆IMG_8051.png.d512f807f37512a5f1187092a33f32e8.png

    Iv said this so many times already i guess ppl are tired of it (thats why i didnt respond immediately...). If it wasnt for Bellisseria I wouldnt be here (😍Covenant, Covenant, Covenant, Covenant, Covenant, Covenant, Covenant, Covenant, Covenant, Covenant, Covenant, Covenant, Covenant, Covenant, Covenant, Covenant, Covenant, Covenant, Covenant, Covenant😍).

    With that said, at one point I saw the benefits of mainland once again. It was when i built my Embassy for Peace and Human Rights in Belli (Newbrooke) and it was concidered "to political" (I just had to imprison Putin in a dark room inside my Embassy, I couldnt help myself). So I moved it to mainland instead, prison and all. So nowadays I say "Yay" to Bellisseria and "Yay" to mainland too. They both has immense values to me ❤️

    What happened between 2012-2017? I took a break and came back in mid-2018 and therefore I have nothing from those years.

     

    I should have mentioned that i too had a ginormous break 2013-2019/20ish. Just made an alt 2016 and played for a short while that year then off again…

    I rezzed in 2008 but i cant find any pics from SL that early. The earliest is from Open Sim oddly enough:

    1. Avatar Hangout (Open sim december 2008) (looked very similar in SL)
    2. Second Life (Chamonix may 2010)
    3. Cloud Party 2013
    4. Entropia Universe – 2013
    5. New World Grid 2009 on 1 of my own 9 regions in may 2009

    Iv bee around yes as im curious but i spent most of my time in SL. The earliest avatar i find in SL is a pic of a male avie i made for kicks 2009. A boyfriends mum had a crush on an old moviestar which I sort of was "inspired" by as u can see... Duane Loken

    Today she looks like this. I know, my avatars are a mess and the "progression" is unclear :) Still, the subject is interesting and fun. But I also got very sad when i collected these pictures. Lots of both good and bad memories arised....:

    Free Lelutka Heads!

    I think I cared so little about changes before mesh heads, because I was never satisfied. I went from the one to the other, same issues with ugly nose, weird profile, all sort of faults that was constant in the pre mesh heads. Now I am so pleased with my look, that a new head is difficult to use. The only things I don't like with Lake is the eyelids in closed eyes, no matter if I buy stuff from Izzie's that shall correct the crease. And the nose is a bit too narrow, and even  skins that's different painted do not correct it well. But I want to keep a longer face and nose, so there I am today.

    I like Lake too but I think its hard to find a skin that fits it. I almost always get strange shadows around and under the nose so I use Kaya instead…

    I definitely do not like the houses. They are not fitting in the environment. A bit depressing with a concrete feeling and HUGE. Mission church feeling. I love the landscaping tho a bit too much blue maybee?
