So after some time searching for a solution, as I was having the same issue. I beleive I have found one! It seems simply (though time consuming) taking the scripts out, deleting the old, and putting the scripts back in the effected objects, solved all my problems. I had everything from about 4 HUDS to the fitted mesh body I was wearing all needed to be re-scripted. Luckily doing so, all my items are back to working order. I hope this helps out!
