An oversight on their part ... It finished killing off a few stores that barely managed to weather the introduction of sculpts.
I am still trying to find decent replacements for some of my oldest Hybrid avatar components. Feline? Easy enough. Same with Foxes. Bunnies? A bit of digging. Dogs? Mice? Heh ... Right ....
Easiest to replace thus far? Fae/Elven/Sidhe types. That includes Drow/Dark Elves.

You are not again trying to promote gor sims, are you? Those will not improve the retention rate, they do not cater to normal people's taste, there is a good reason the misogynic paradise RP sims rarely make it into destinations
Well, only thing worth while I'd say other then Gor Evolve, is the Wild west combat system/rp. However, even the Wild west sims are underrated.
Edit: Just showing this as a example...

Who do you think submits destinations?
Just click on the "Destinations" category then look at "Whats hot now" I tend to check em out here and there.
However, I got no clue how thats popular. It's just like the guy in the youtube video, its just abunch of people "Standing" around.
-
This looks about right, noobs coming into SL no clue where to go or do.
All the popular spots suck, IDK why they're even popular.
And all the spots are "Underrated" that are fun don't even get shown in the destinations list.

I was wondering why no llRaycast, and llRaycastHit is in the scripting database for SL.
How do you go about scripting for it?

That produces quite bad translations, especially with some of the colloqial terms used in SL "What is the proper Chinese phrase for 'Region Control' or 'Avatar Render Settings'" as used by people who play SL currently? I can't say with certainty but I doubt google translations would be suitable.
Hopefully someone who knows more then me can answer the other questions.
Ah, And no need. Just found out he meshes doesn't write script. So he can't do it either haha.

Translations in the viewer are a thing. They need people fluent in English and they language the are willing to working.
The translator gets an XML file and alters it to be the desired language, that is checked and merged in.
Here is the profile page in Japanese, it exists because someone who knew Japanese and English sat down and did it....
Well, I was thinking just use google translate, for the coding but I guess that makes some fine points to have it done correctly. The guy i'm friends with though does actually code who might he need to contact?
Like he'd prob do it for Korean language anyway

Because nobody has volunteered as a translator. Are you up to the job?
I'm not talking about for GM/ ticket support. I'm asking why not just for coding it in like other video games even ((Discord)) does. For example, why not at least code the language inside the viewer or in marketplace to help them understand/play on Second life.
-
China holds 25% of the humans population, yet viewers such as Firestorm, Phoenix, and even the MAIN viewer does not support their language.
I was wondering why is that?

I'm curious: Why don't you want to use a more readable font?
When I can't read a fancy display name, I usually greet the person "wearing" it with "Hello unreadable". ?
You know "Cursive" is something a lot of people are taught in Grade school. I find this hard to believe you can't read that unless you're from a third world country.

Having some issues choosing some good fonts. Curious why you can't use cursive or the fancy fonts.
ℜ☯? ????? sadly wont work.

Can't you just leave SL alone.

yes would seem, teleportation between regions or just simply logging into one is a pain.

FS can't do it until LL have done it.
While they might have another bug as well, LL still have a bug with FPS dropping to solve, it looks like this bug is around the bounding box code if it's what is hinted at in another section. When that is solved then LL will make it RC and FS can start to plan their merge timetable.
Can't make an omlette until the tharlarion lays an egg.
As you are GE Haselden, one thing to be aware of might be this picture of what might be the new avatar bounding box as a result of Animesh. Can't say for sure yet....
Certainly I'm not sure how that will affect your GE hitbox displays.
Ah, thats one nasty glitch haha. It's doing that when you turn on hitboxes?

Well here we are. October has come, yet still not released for firestorm.

No. You apparently still don't get the point. The federal law, DMCA, says that only the creator of an item has authority under the law to file a complaint. If Linden Lab receives a valid complaint from the creator, they are required to remove the contested item, pending a successful appeal. Otherwise, they can simply ignore the complaint, because it is not clear whether changes were approved by the creator. In practice, Linden Lab generally treats non-DMCA complaints as "disputes between residents" and disregards them, as indicated in the TOS (Sect 6): " We are not responsible or liable for the conduct or content of any user. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor or become involved in disputes between you and other users."
Oh ok, so even when a copy bot stunt clearly has happened. ((Proof with photos.)) In section 6 they will do absolutely nothing unless I am the owner of the business with a DMCA. Which I totally get but that seems VERY lazy.
For example, in section 7 and 8 speak heavily against copy bot stunts such as this I believe and was enforced Effective: July 31, 2017...
So, even though if I don't at least get my Lindon back. LL must at least enforce THAT correct? Or what is the point of having rules about copy botting in their ToS. Like are they at least going to remove the prim? to Prevent furthermore scams, or not do a dang thing.

"Real world payment issues" isn't for "I spent L$ in a private inworld transaction and didn't get what I thought i did".
It's for exactly what it says... Issues with your RL payments, credit card details stolen or account phished and monies purchased with your paypal, that sort of thing.
You giving money to another person, person to person inworld, is what they call a "resident to resident" issue, and generally, LL won't touch those, SL has almost NO in-world "consumer protection & trading standards" legislation, other than "buyer beware" advice.
Eh I got the exact time, and the sandbox where I took the picture in is where I bought it. CLever for a scammer to sell it there. All makes sense now, sell fake tanks in an area where scripts don't even work is pure genius.
Anyway, this is just a first for me. However, I think LL should at least do something like remove that item out of the game the prim (Wormwood crate) the scammers are using to achieve it.
anyway, I'm open to suggestions on who to contact. Been trying to do a few especially since the guy tried selling even more yesterday.

Why didn't you buy the original thing? 3999 vs 3000 seems to few a saving to me to risk having been had...
yeah, sort of wish I had to. Anyway.. I got the conversation of the guy trying to sell more.. So yeah would be nice if my ticket got replied to. Bloodlines is reporting the same player to.
How come EVERYONE can access Moderate, and Adult regions.

I was just thinking about this after seeing a child on a moderate sim over on the Wild west sims. For example, should Moderate and Adult rated sims require PAYMENT information on their account to confirm that person is an adult?
Not a new 30 day old account. Because kids cannot own credit/debit cards until 18 =p.
