    So I really wanted to get close to what I paid for it which was 34,000l but I also want to sell it so after talking to my friends I decided to lower the price a bit more to hopefully get it to sell. But this is as low as I can go because I was already losing out by 8000L. Hope this helps someone else get there dream property on the water.
