THE SL VOICE Created by JP Biscuit and Produced by OFFBEAT TV Round one will be the blind auditions. Our four judges will have a seat in their chairs and each contestant will come out and perform a song of their choosing either acapella, with a backing track or instrument of their choice. Our judges will listen to each contestant sing and if selected they will click their buzzer causing their chair to spin around and light up with the words "I want you". The blind auditions are just that, the judges chairs will be turned away from all contestants during their first audition. They will not judge anyone based on the look of their respective avatars. Our selected contestants will continue onto round two, our elimination round and will once again perform a song of their choosing this time with a backing track or instrument. Any contestant selected in round two will move on to the "live" episodes where the entire metaverse will have an opportunity to vote for their favorite singer and ultimately decide who becomes THE SL VOICE of 2016. The auditions will take place in early October and the finale will take place in mid November. The show will run for several weeks on YouTube and will be streamed into world on shared media televisions across the grid. The blind auditions will take place Saturday October 1st and Saturday October 8th from 1 to 5 pm slt. 24 contenders will be selected from the blind auditions to move on to the elimination round. Their virtual reality project is currently titled Project Sansar and should launch around the time the occulus rift is released or shortly there after. It is not a special second life viewer. I've not heard of a new virtual reality second life viewer. Project Sansar is a virtual marketplace geared toward real life companies from what I've read. If anyone can provide the link about a new version of Second Life that is virtual reality then I'd gladly correct my post, but from what I've read Sansar is not going to be secondlife.

You must have a high quality skin, shape, and hair. We have a certain, professional image we need to keep around the office and studios. 2. You must be willing to commit to a hectic work schedule. We expect you to work at least 5 hours a day, 5 days a week and we have mandatory monthly meetings. 3. You must be polite and courteous to all visitors and business associates, and contacts. We can have our fun on our own time, but when it's time to be serious we need to be serious. If you're out in public, remeber you are a reflection on us. We will give anyone a chance, some we hire on the spot, and some will receive a two week trial work period. We do not require you to be 30, 60, or 90 days old.
