    When did you last see a Bellessarian home available?

    I just tested and had this

    Refresh Limit Reached

    Due to the popularity of the Bellisseria continent with the Traditional and Houseboat options, we have implemented a refresh limit on the home selection page to help reduce server load.

    If running a browser plug-in or using a feature built into your browser, please set your refresh configuration to the following:

     

    • 10 Page loads per 10 Minute period

     

    Which means that you can exhaust those 10 page loads in the first minute, but will have to wait an additional 9 minutes before you can see the inventory page again.

    Releases under the Fog of War

    I actually think the "fog" will make all worse, as we already seeying. When there were just big releases, everyone atleast knew when (because announced in forum) and when you didn't got a house, well on to the next batch.

    Then we got the 3 times a week, had to guess timing at first. Then the 7 - 2 frame was added. Then (clearly nobody's fault) a release was missed due sickness of a key person in the release. Then we had holiday. Then there was a "suprise" release on tuesday...  Also, the info topic stays quiet, but yet there are things mentioned in groups by Patch inworld. This causes confusion and frustration.

    My opinion is that not knowing how or what or when is the biggest issue and causes people to stress out on all, including 24/7 refreshing.

    Yes yes, I feel you. I am doing same. Sometimes it gets hard to decide which one to let go tho. Got to stick to the dream plot I have in mind and not get distracted by other pretty things. I am going to release a fabulous plot in about 20 mins, with it's own little mini river beside and behind it, but to sandy for me. I am more a green girl, but also want a waterview.

Another member told me (sorry I have already forgotten your name) just this morning (since it's after midnight for me) that there hadn't been a release on Wednesday last week or Friday so people had higher expectations that this release, this morning, MAY be bigger. I am just speculating. Don't take it as gospel. For all any of us knew yes it could all be over for today. I don't know. All we can do is wait and see. :) 

    Patch answered that question inworld. No more releases today, the ones that come up are abandoned ones.

    I doubt this. I been able to snatch up 3 houses so far. On a old laptop, barely good enough to carry SL itself. My connection isn't all that either. I guess you have to be lucky enough to be at the right clicks at the right time...

    It been already said in another topic, my advice is to ONLY run the auto-refresher to know when a release starts, then stop the auto-fresh and go manual. Make also sure you have the name already filled in and you have to be with your nose on the page. If you inworld chatting with your bessie, you will be too late and too distracted. Most important, do NOT stress out :)

    Cleary this is just my own experience, hope it helps someone else.
