I understand your concern and I hate lags as well. But most attachments I wear has no scripts in it, yet skill they take up slots. Especially jewerly and accessories - they have "left and right, ear, finger, wrist and ankle" parts. Each of them takes a slot. That is why my slots are quickly filled. And there can be a poorly-optimized script put in a single attachment that consumes huge resource, even it only counts as 1 attachment.

It was fine until I start to wear various jewelry and other mesh attachments. They chew the attachment slots like crazy. Now I am 33/38 even when naked. So I am just wondering when we can get more than 38 attachments. I will be fine to pay some fee for this if Linden make the attachment limit increase a charged service.

But SL uses OpenGL. So th graphic card cannot work at its full potential. I have never seen my graphic card has a over 50% usage when running SL, however the frame rate is often very low.(10-30fps). And I have heard that graphic card makers (Nvidia and AMD) do not focus much on OpenGL performance. So even the most powerful card (like the recently released GTX 2080ti) can only have the similar performance as ancient graphic cards when running SL. It is CPU that matters more.

Hello everyone, I am new to photographing but I start to love it. I mostly use the Flickr add on in firestorm, but I sometimes use snapshot as well. As I shot more photos I have a few basic questions: 1. How to fine tune the camera angel, shift the camera position and zoom? I use firmstorm’s built-in advances phototools camera controls but still I often cannot get the subtle adjustment of camera I need. 2. Which lightning system for taking pics is best? I am considering to buy one that is particularly aimed for photographing purpose. And that should be easy to configure. I do not want to take a long time changing the oritention and position of the light source evertytime. And I do not want the person being photographed to wear it. So it should be either worn on me (the photographer) or Rez in world, and only requrires a little adjustment before providing light to the person being photographed. Thank you very much!

It should be protected by as many sides as possible, relatively flat so easy to build, adjacent to approachable water (either sea or lake or wide river is OK), with greens such as forests, and with an area of 1/8 sim or 1/4 sim. 1/8 sim is preferred. Hello I first want to say thanks to everyone helped me about land in my earlier threads. I have learned a lot from them. Now I know that lag is an important issue concerning buying land. And percentage of "scripts run" in advanced statistic tools in Firestorm is a good indicator about the lag meter. And I do see a significant relationship between that number and the lag as I can feel the lag in regions with a low percentage like 30%. But I feel confused as regions can have very similar active objects/avatars/scripts in them, but the percentage of "scripts run" can vary quite a lot, from 90% to 20%. So why it is the case? Hello, I am looking for mailand parcels to purchase. I find a parcel at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Foley/84/60/40 It has 30704 sqm, 10050 prims, and the asking price is Linden $ 538855 (17.5L$/sqm) It is the only on sale adult parcel having open access to Linden sea in this region. And the location is nice and convenient with flat terrain. But I think the price is still too expensive? If I want to negotiate a fair price with the seller, where will be a good start point? Hello, I would like to keep my toon logged in for a long time. I have a VPS running Ubuntu-16.04-amd64 remotely with 512M RAM and 20G harddisk. So I would like to know if there is a way for me to use that VPS to install some SL viewer on it, then log in SL with it and stay online. I do not need to do anything in SL when logging in VPS. I only need to keep my toon staying there. (It will be a bonus if I can keep a log of conversation and IM.) So is there anyway I can do this? Thank you very much for your help!

And, if that is the case, and one parcel is owned (bought) and the other is rented, and still deeded to the same group, then can they still exchange prim limits? Thank you!

Hello, we currently own 1/4 Region (5625 prims) in Mainland. The area around us are occupied too. Now we are in short of prim capacity so we would like to upgrade to a 1/2 Region (11250 prims). And we like the current position and do not want to move out. So is there any way to just allow us more prims? It does not need to be as large as 11250 prims, say 7000 to 8000 is fine. In another word, we own 1/4 region in mainland, we want to increase prim capacity, we are ready to pay more, but we do not want to move out. Thank you very much for your help!
