I didn't think about rezzing a prim platform and then just texturing it to fit the land theme (beach/waterfront) So I will give that a try. I realize these things take time so I am going to enjoy the journey of experimenting! I am looking forward to it! Thanks so much!

I just purchased my first plot. It's located on a steep incline. I am trying to make it level so that I can place a house, but I can't get the land to go flat. I tried digging out, but I can only go so deep before I hit water or the tool just stops working. I realize that this is not a private region so I am limited but there has to be a way to get at least a small space to make level? If I can't. Then what can I use from marketplace to make a platform to place the house ON? Or am I just limited to using a skybox?

I needed to close my credit card that I use to buy LL in world and add a new payment method but I can't find how!! I Just want to buy more LL

I know r/p is a thing.. and I know everyone has a right to express themselves. But i find this so distrubing. How are these kind of items not dangerous? Thank you for all the feedback. I will look for those fatpacks, with all the color options! I did notice some offer this and its awesome. I will TRY not to purge the stuff I feel like I don't need... because I am new, and I don't know what will come later when I will need them. Great responses.. I truly appreciate them! PS. Thanks for the words of wisdom.. I get it. This place is so huge, and while I did get 'some' training on Imvu.. the experience here is far more detailed somewhat complicated. But I love every minute of it. I feel like I 'gradutated' and out grew the other site, and though it may be difficult sometimes, the learning process is certainly rewarding. Since I really love leaving reviews on Amazing products, I will take the advice and purchase at Market. I love the demo options, but some merchants do not offer them.. which kind of sucks because they are rather expensive.. (Boudior) As far as the packages of 5 shades of the same hair color goes.. it drives me crazy, but I will choose the ones I love and toss the others.. (gosh how I hate to throw away money) But controlling my inventory is a goal I take very seriously!

I am new here, but I was on Imvu for over 6 years.. and one of the things I was 'famous' for was leaving great reviews. What I notice here is if you buy something In World, you can't leave a review. This 'seem's like an easy fix as far as the programming thing goes.. so why have they not fixed this. I tend to buy things based on the feedback I see in the reviews, and I'm finding that a LOT of Realllly Amazing items don't have any. I'm sure the merchants would LOVE for this get fixed. ALSO... Why are things like hair offered in 5 shades of the same color? I like the style of the hair, but I do not NEED 5 shades of white/black/red.. It would be more efficient if they offered one in EACH color. I see some merchants offer this option, but not all. Is there a reason?? I was thinking maybe it's a way for the merchant to get you to buy more colors.. but for me, it would free me up to buying more STYLES from that merchant.

I'm trying to read as much information before I start a post... so forgive me if I sidebar. I am new, and I downloaded the viewer/game from the SL download. The camera I use would be the standard snapshot thingy .. I hate it. After viewing the AMAZING photography and art that I see in these daily photos, and contests I am truly Inspired! I want to begin to create these kinds of photos myself.. but where do I start? Do I buy a camera from the Marketplace? Do I download this Firestorm I keep reading about? And If I do.. do I need to Un Install the viewer from SL? Please forgive my amaturish questions .. but I am eager to get started and probably don't have enough information to ask the proper questions. ANY advise or suggested reading is Welcome!

Very helpful informations on to 'boob or not to boob' ... I have items that show up with these boxes on my screen, like a slink applier or the phat azz thing and when I click on them nothing happens either. Not sure why.. and would REaLLY like to know how to use them or if I need to buy something to make them work. Any ideas?

I am putting this here, because I can't seem to find the right place to put it. So I purchase and item that comes with these appliers? Slink feet/ Phat Azz.. whatever. I right click to add them to my avi, and the hud shows up on the screen. I click it, but nothing happens. I am not clear as to what I am supposed to do with them if nothing happens when I click the box. (which is directly in the middle of my avi btw) I downloaded the version I viewer I am using directly from the signup on SL.. and chose a non vampire/ human avi. I am not sure if she is "classic" or not either. If my question makes ANY sense.. Please advise. If not, can someone please offer a link about this topic. Thank you kindly!

So. Let me get this strait. I must wait 30 days before trying to party at the cool places. Is that the general rule of club owners? I get that most new people have a lot of information to learn, and having experience helps the whole room ..and vibe... but geez... Thanks for the heads up.. I was taking it personal at first. I am over 30, and I would like to change my maturity settings.. how is this done? I cant figure out why I keep getting booted, and adult content in searches only tells me that im blocked 'because of my maturity settings" please help~

I realize I am a 'Newbie' but we were all there once. Why is it that everytime I try a room with Other Adults... I keep getting booted? Do I really have to WAIT a whole 30 days before I can actually enjoy the places and the types of people I want to hang out with? I am over 21, and I am a Safe/Sane/Consenting Adult... so why the boot? Please explain the evasive Rules of engagement .
