    These days if you start a new thread when there is one already there, that is deemed as bad juju. 

    What may be considered old and dead to you could be exactly the information someone else is looking for.

    On FS you can search for whatever sound you dont like and blacklist it. It's not area search I dont think,  I cant remember how I did it. This comes in handy if your neighbour has a nice pond build or outdoor setting and you dont want to derender the whole object. You simply blacklist the offending sound it self.

    Restricting sound to parcel will block outside sounds as well. I really dont think your sound would have been the radio. They would have to pass into your parcel to hear that. I've never heard anyone else's streams from my parcel for as long as I've been in SL. 

    Sounds that tick me off are fires crackling to loud, Crickets and these god awful siren alarm sounds I found on Corsica when I was living there. One of the siren sound emitters was embedded in a object on protected land and the other was inside a very old submarine. These sirens were so loud I was 5 regions away and they could still be heard.

    hehe unless LL kill it, it is very much open for debate. 1, 2, 3 years down the line someone will comment and so it carries on.

    It's btw nothing that LL can help about, it's the European tax rules they are forced to use. In the past the premium subsciption VAT was taken for account by LL, with the new rules only the yearly will be free of VAT addition, so next to the 30% raise for monthly, we also get a additional 21% added on the total new price .. really not fun ;)

    Ahh, totally understandable ... where I am we are going to have to pay around NZD$155 pa depending on exchange rates ... that isnt a fun amount either.

    Officer in Group with ban list access but all of it is grayed out..

    Check your abilities as a officer. The owner can still pick and choose what perms you have and not. 

    I know its a obvious question, are you wearing the right tag?
