  5. Update: The furniture folder with categorized sub folders are lost forever, no way to get them back by LL, the LL terms (wikipage) are clear on that. I got support by LL, because if you crash in a region and lose stuff, there is a chance to get back stuff. I am not the only one who had to deal with this problem, I will come back to it later. Suggestions from LL support. They initiated a back-end inventory process to attempt a recovery. For the troubleshooting purpose you have to log into the SL viewer. Next step is to leave your Avatar in a mainland region like Lime or smith for 10 minutes while your inventor loads. This didn't work out because what happened to me was not a crash + inventory loss. the folders got lost while I organized my inventory. The following LL respond should be read twice: Unfortunately we do not possess the ability to restore any items, as we DO NOT MAINTAIN BACKUPS of ANY ACCOUNT INVENTORY. That's fact and can be found in the LL terms/wiki. 1. I can NOT backup my SL inventory to my local computer when I am NOT the creator. Of course I could make screenshots from my inventory of all what I bought over 14 years and put into in excel sheet. Which customer/resident is doing this? I'm not. 2. In regard to the redelivery terminals. They are a great idea if they would be maintained, I mentioned it. I figured out, often the purchases who are made inworld at mainstores are listed. Gachas ore if the products are on events available for a special price are not, even when you bought them there. This may be various by the creator. I don't blame them for that, I just mention it. If I say redelivery terminals inworld are a great help/customer support, I judge it as great customer SERVICE. Like we could read, creators might have a different understanding about that. I can speak only for my experiences in SL and RL. The argument if you lose some stuff in RL, you would not get it redelivered is not correct, therefore are insurances who could solve it in RL. On the other hand in my country there exist customer service called KULANZ and Guarantee. Kulanz means, if you bought a washing automat or a car and one peace gets lost or broken they will not tell you, your fault, trash it and buy new again! Especially not if you are a good customer who bought over years from this company. And that's what I meant with standard service. If there wouldn't exist redelivery terminals in SL, I would understand this argument, but they exist in most shops/mainstores in SL and in the end, it is just a question of how you keep them maintained or NOT. 3. Like I mentioned before, I'm not the only one who had exactly the same problem, read here Inventory loss I find it a bit odd that exactly the same happened to people and the big questionmark about circles above my head- could it be a bug maybe? Lastly, I could save over 1.000 items from delivery terminals, special thanks to those creators who redelivered it manually also.

  7. I'm premium and it shows me the last three months only... and there is another problem, if you bought several items and there is no product name listed how do you want to figure out what it had been?
  8. Who left one word about to blame shop owners? After almost 15 years in SL it happened to me the first time and you ask me to keep safe all stuff save on my own HD from that long time? Seriously, this is ridiculous and I mentioned that there are others creator/shop owner who have NO problem to maintain their re-delivery terminals. Btw. I haven't said that all shop owners lack of this standard service. On the other hand, my inventory had over 135.000 items.. to give me such brilliant advice is a joke (because I am a customer and not the content creator. If content creator would do this, this would make sense). But you could tell us, why would you put a re-delivery terminal in your store, if you are not able or willing to keep this updated? Does it makes sense? It doesn't.
  9. True and to limit the transaction history review for the last three months is crap also. But I mean if you bought actual stuff from the last + this year and you know about it, but it's not shown in the casper database then it is up to the creator to maintain it. It is frustrating if you see a re-delivery terminal in a store and it is empty. But to be fair, I also had some very kind and good customer support from creators who are not found on events often... they were very kind and tried to be helpful. Some stores are very well organized but others lack of this standard service. I just mentioning this and maybe some of them will keep it as little reminder to offer a better customer service.
  10. Friendly hello to all 🙂 Because of a stupid mistake I am dealing with inventory loss now. I lost one of my most important folders (plus sub folders) with all my furniture (over 10.000 items). Yeah my own fault 🙄 and LL did not respond yet to my opened ticket. I thought, just in case it will not be possible to restore my loss, I will visit the stores where I bought some stuff and remember. The terminals would be helpful IF they would be maintained by the creators. About some shops/stores I am sure that I bought tons of products from them, but the funny thing is then you get shown stuff in the list only from 2018 and the stuff what you bought this year? Got lost or have not maintained? I have had same results in different stores. Probably some stores seem not to care for this special service (even there is rezzed a re-delivery terminal) and then you can read in some store manager profiles unfriendly FAQs and demands about a copy of your transaction history. This is NOT helpful, when you are a customers for years and LL limited the retrospective view for 3 months only. I am frustrated about my own fault, additionally you have to deal with a mediocre customer support. I can understand that store manager or even creator have to deal with crazy customer requests sometimes, insults etc. but this should be said, for me as resident being almost 15 years in game I will no longer buy from stores/creators who are not willing or able to offer a standard service like maintained re-delivery terminals. I know its extra work...but you expect to be paid well with real money for your work, but this includes for me a standard customer support also like mentioned.
