Thanks for explanation, yes I can see that. But I think it must be hard work before the money comes rolling in :-) It must be worth the effort in a way, since there are so many estate agents offering land.

I have been wondering about the same question: The financial circumstances about rented or owned land are: If you are a premium member and own land at 1024 sqm, you have to pay tier to Linden Lab = 5 USD per month PLUS the buying price for the land PLUS premium membership (USD 7,44 - 12,50 per month). If you are NOT a premium member, you just have to pay USD 5,55 for 1024 sqm land per month to the estate company who owns the land. It seems strange to me, and I can't figure out how this business can give more income than expenses for the estates companies.

Thinkerer Melvill: yes Outtaspace is right. There is a vendor on the neighbourland close to the border, which makes the wrong landmarks on my land. I discovered that late yesterday. I hope the owner will come online and read my IM, or Support will help me to solve the problem. Thanks for replying :-)

Thanks for your reply too. I do not see a vendor at my land, and do not quite know what you mean. There should be no vendor, when I own the land? But anyways, I have now written to Support, and hope they will help me get rid of this wrong lm people get, when they arrive on my land.

Thank you for answering. I did what you told me to, but the only name which shows up is my own, for all the prims which have been used on the land. So the message/lm is obviously not coming from an object.

I have bought a parcel from real estate, and when someone enters my land, they are being offered a landmark. Fine, but: The landmark they are being offered refers to another person and another store, which both are totally strangers to me. I asked the real estate agent, and he told me to contact the person, who's name and store is on the landmark, and ask him to fix it, so I have done that now. I guess it is the previous owner of my land. But is there anything I can do myself, if this person does not answer me?

When I rezz a 1 prim board, and try to put one of my uploaded texture on it, the texture is only shown if I make the board white. And the the texture is then shown at all sides. Please tell me how to make a black 1 prim board, with my texture just at the front - and leaves the other sides black.?
